There will be only 3 Trophy Mule Deer Bucks and 3 Trophy Whitetail Bucks plus Whitetail Does allotted to be harvested off of this ranch. One thing to remember is that we do have 170 and 180 class bucks but they don't grow on trees and get that big for a reason so for most people the trophy fees will not apply.

This Season Lease runs from the first of Archery Season through the end of Whitetail Season.

This lease is for 6 sections (3,840 Acres) of the ranch which also includes around a section of good whitetail country.

$2,000/Gun Lease Fee for a Season Lease with a 3 Gun Maximum this will allow you to take two Whitetail does, one buck of either species that is below the minimum score of 160 B&C plus a trophy fee of $100/inch above the minimum score for that species. A second buck will cost $1,000 plus the appropriate trophy fee.

Both Guided and Unguided Quail hunts are done after Whitetail Season and are booked through Don Stuckey of Comancheria Hunts.
